The movie was formerly named Hour of Lead and it was filmed in Tuscaloosa Alabama. Peter Facinelli was the writer and director of the movie. The cast of the movie includes Thomas Jane (playing the role of Paul Michaelson), Anne Heche (playing the role of Wendy Michaelson), Jason Patric (playing Sheriff Baker), and Peter Facinelli (playing Deputy Rakes) itself. The movie was released on 21 August 2020 in the United States.
Summary of the Plot
The couple Paul and Wendy Michaelson took their RV for a campaign trip on a remote lakeside campsite with their daughter Taylor and dog named lucky. After reaching the campsite Paul meets an attractive woman in the neighboring campsite named Mandira. And on the other side, Wendy got busy getting supplies. And when they both return they discover that their daughter Taylor has disappeared. Soon they started finding their daughter and contacted the manager but didn’t get any information. Sharif Baker and Deputy Rakes organized a search team and advised Paul and Wendy to stay calm. After 24 hours, due to having no clue about their daughter, Paul and Wendy filed a missing person report. But as time passed Paul and Wendy saw that the police were getting no leads hence the couple decided to start their search of finding their daughter Taylor. As per the Viewers, the movie was quite strange but incredible. The plot of the movie with the missing girl and the endless pool of suspects made the movie more attractive. The beginning of the movie was quite boring but the rest of the movie couldn’t take their eyes off the screen. The acting of the cast was outstanding. But the editing of the movie was not liked by most viewers. The movie was full of unexpected turns from the very beginning and the surprises popping in between were jaw-dropping. The end of the movie influenced the people more. The last 10 minutes of the movie suddenly changed the whole track which was quite surprising for the viewers but a little heartbreaking at the same time.
Should you watch it or skip it?
For the viewers who didn’t have any idea about the plot of the movie, starting 10 minutes was enough for them to skip it. But after watching the movie for 20 minutes, you will not be able to skip it.
