How to apply for the UP Chief Minister’s Farmer Accident Welfare Scheme
This scheme is available only to those who are residents of UP and are dependent on agricultural work. Under this scheme, around 23,822,000 farmers are registered, and the government is supporting them wholeheartedly. To avail of the compensation, you must be registered under this scheme, fill out the form, and submit it to the Tehsil office with all the documents within 45 days of the accident. If the farmer himself or his family doesn’t submit the documents within the given period of 45 days, then another 30 days are given to them if the DM allows, and if they don’t submit the form within 75 days of the incident, then it will not be accepted anyhow.
